What is the quality of paper that you use for your products? Top quality, acid-free cardstock is used for all greeting cards, invitations and announcements. Can I see my announcement/invitation before placing an order? After placing your order, you will be able to see an exact proof of your purchase. If not satisfied, another proof can be made. Will my final product look exactly like the one pictured on your website? Each item is handmade; therefore, some variations may occur. What if I have an idea for a card, invitation, or announcement, but I don’t see it on your website? Please contact us with customized orders. What does the price listed include? The price listed includes the card/invitation set/announcement with matching envelopes. All money order and personal check orders must be prepaid before order is processed. What are the shipping charges? All orders are shipped through USPS. Small orders, less than a quantity of 10, are sent regular First Class Mail. Larger orders are sent Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. This is done to ensure your order will arrive safely and can also be tracked. How do I place an order? For cards, simply select the ones you wish to purchase and place in shopping cart. For invitations/announcements, complete the fields with your desired text and place in shopping cart. If I place my order online is the credit card information safe? All orders are through Pay Pal which is a secured website. You can read their privacy policy at (www.paypal.com). What payment options are acceptable? Money Orders, personal checks and cash are acceptable forms of payment. Please make all checks payable to Nikki McDowell.
